Learn techniques, drills and skills personalized to your areas for improvement. During this session, the Orbital Endurance Coaching staff will educate you on the correct swim form through video and classroom instruction. Once questions are answered, the participants will go to the outdoor heated pool for video analysis and specific drill work. Participants will walk away with personalized plan for improving their swim skills and speed.
What to bring:
Swim attire (swim suit, appropriate covering, shoes for walking on deck)
Goggles & swim cap

This session is for those who are in good health and can already swim a minimum of 50 meters continuously.
